Software License

By purchasing TokGrab, you are acquiring a Single-Use Commercial License. This license grants you the rights to use the software according to the following strict terms.

• ✓ Single End Product: You may install and use the script on exactly ONE (1) live domain or project.
• ✓ Full Source Code: You receive the completely unencrypted PHP/Laravel codebase.
• ✓ Customization Allowed: You are free to modify, edit, extend, and rebrand the UI/UX and backend code to suit your project.
• ✗ No Resale / Redistribution: You may NOT sell, resell, lease, license, sub-license, or distribute the script (modified or unmodified) as a product or SaaS script.
• ✗ No Multiple Installations: If you wish to launch a second distinct website using TokGrab, you must purchase an additional license.

Support Terms

Your license includes direct developer support for bugs, critical errors, and installation assistance. It does not cover custom feature requests or server configuration outside the scope of the script.

Ownership

The intellectual property of the TokGrab core architecture remains with TokGrab. You own the specific customized instance you deploy, but not the overarching rights to the software platform itself.
