Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026. These terms cover buying and using the TokGrab script from this site. Checkout and delivery run through Gumroad; the full license grant lives on the license page.

1. What you are buying

One copy of the TokGrab self-hosted PHP/Laravel script for a one-time payment of $49. You receive the full unencrypted source, documentation, and access to future updates for your licensed copy. Your TikTok data API key is not included: you connect and pay for your own provider (RapidAPI, Apify, or a custom endpoint).

2. License

Use is limited to one live end product per purchase. You may modify and rebrand freely, but you may not resell, redistribute, lease, or sublicense the script, modified or not. Premium themes and modules are licensed separately.

3. Your responsibilities

You run the script on your own hosting, keep it updated, and secure your server and API keys. You are responsible for how you use downloaded content: respect TikTok's terms, creators' rights, and the laws where you operate. We do not monitor your site and make no legal promises about downloading third-party content.

4. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed securely by Gumroad. Refund requests follow our refund policy: contact support first so we can fix the problem.

5. Support scope

Included support covers installation help, bug reports, and questions about documented features, answered within 24-48 business hours at support@tokgrab.com. It does not cover custom development, third-party server administration, or API provider billing.

6. Disclaimers

The script is provided as-is. We do not guarantee compatibility with every host, uninterrupted availability of third-party APIs, or any amount of traffic or revenue. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
